1. About Shagun.AI
Shagun.AI is an online personality and compatibility assessment service at shagun.ai. By creating an account, taking an assessment, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who may use Shagun.AI
You may use Shagun.AI if you are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
3. What Shagun.AI is — and is not
What we are
A personality assessment and compatibility insight tool to help you understand your own traits and explore how you might connect with another person.
What we are not
- Not a matrimony platform. We do not match you with strangers or facilitate introductions.
- Not a dating app. We do not show profiles or enable browsing of potential partners.
- Not a clinical service. Our assessments are not a substitute for professional psychological evaluation or therapy.
- Not a guarantee. Compatibility scores are informational tools, not predictions of relationship success.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at registration. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
5. The assessment and invite process
When you generate and share an invite link, you represent that:
- You have a genuine, existing connection with the person you are inviting
- You will not use the invite link to assess someone without their genuine knowledge and consent
- You will not share the invite link publicly or collect data from strangers at scale
Guest users (Y): By completing the assessment, you consent to your personality results being used to generate a compatibility report accessible to the person who invited you. Your individual trait scores are not shared — only derived insights are included in the report.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Refund policy
Digital reports are non-refundable once generated. You are entitled to a full refund only if:
- Payment was charged but the report was not generated due to a technical failure on our end
- You were charged twice for the same report due to a payment error
To request a refund, email contact@shagun.ai within 7 days with your payment ID.
Unused report credits remain valid for 12 months and are non-refundable but may be used for a different invite.
7. Intellectual property
All content on Shagun.AI — assessment questions, profile descriptions, compatibility insights, algorithms, and design — is owned by or licensed to Shagun.AI. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Compatibility reports are for your personal use. You may share your report with the person it concerns. You may not sell or use reports for commercial purposes.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Using the platform to collect information about someone without their genuine consent
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our compatibility algorithm
- Using automated tools to generate bulk assessments or invites
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Any use that violates applicable Indian law
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Shagun.AI is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that assessment results will be accurate for every individual. Use our insights as one input among many in your decision-making.
10. Limitation of liability
Shagun.AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or decisions made based on compatibility reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
