Shagun.AI is an AI-powered personality and compatibility assessment service accessible at shagun.ai. We help individuals understand their personality traits and explore compatibility with potential partners through in house researched and developed assessments.

2. What data we collect
From registered users (X)
- Account information: email address and encrypted password
- Personality assessment data
- Usage data: invite links generated, reports accessed, payment transactions
- Technical data: IP address at signup, device type, browser type
From guest users (Y)
- Personality assessment data
- Consent record: timestamp and IP address
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type
Payment data
We do not store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We store only the transaction identifiers, amount, and status.

4. Who we share your data with
Between X and Y in a compatibility report: When a report is generated, the persona type and compatibility insights of both parties are included.
Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Google Cloud Platform (hosting). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep your data

7. Data security
- All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher
- Passwords are stored using hashing
- We do not store payment card information
8. Children
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our platform, contact contact@shagun.ai and we will delete it promptly.
